wondering what it could be

hi could anyone tell me what i might have it started about a year ago goin to the toilet with my bowls 3 to 4 times a day then it just stopped and i was fine for a few months but then it came back but went the oppisit way only goin once a week sometime not for 10 days and i wasant constipated but a lot of pain to pass it sometimes it was sight bleeding i had a berium enema which has come back normal . then on mon i was suffering with pain just in my left hand lower back went to the docs and they give me pain killers and anit inflamiteries which i ended up with pain inbetween my breast bone so the doc took my off the anti and give me omeparazole but by teatime i was rushed into hospital as the pain got very unberable they took a xray and bloods said nothin was wrong so give me some tramadol told me to take them when i have pain which is all the time now and to go home i am passed myself now with worry and ideas ? thanks

    Sounds like youve got a Peptic Ulcer / s. Keep taking the Omeprazole (40mg). Take the Tramadol with Soluable Paracetamol (its pretty good). See your GP next week smile

    i have been to the doctors and they said they have done blood tests and a xray nothing has come back and thay have took me off naproxen because they belive it caused a asthma attack they have now had me on tramadol 100 every 6 hours but i am findin the pain is now there all the time and then a few hours after iv eatin it goes into really pad pain all im doin is sleepin on the tablets and i feel im not gettin anywhere is there no more tests they can do to me iv never had pain like it in my life thanks

    What you need are a Gastroscopy and a Ultrasound, your GP should refer you to Gastroenterology at your local Hospital smile Tramadol really does work better with Paracetamol, you can take it every 4 hours :wink: Whatever it is,, these things dont resolve themselves overnight :? See your GP again and explain what happened and how you feel, take any paperwork the Hospital gave you (if any) smile

    If the pain becomes unbearable and or you think you are suffering symptoms of Shock please go to A&E soon :?
