It may sound odd but if you can just soak the toe in your own urine for a few minutes. You will notice the itching does subside and the redness goes. This is a very old grandma treatment.

In a glass bottle mix equal parts: surgical spirits - milk (full cream) - glycerine
Shake well and apply night and morning, massaging into the feet and especially into the chilblains. Wear socks in bed to keep bedding clean.
Methylated spirits also works but smells much worse than the surgical spirits.
